Refund policy

At Tactical Gel Blasters, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and fair outcomes for our customers. Our warranty policy reflects what is considered reasonable within the gel blaster industry.

All gel blasters purchased from Ozblasters come with a 14-day limited warranty covering manufacturing faults. Every blaster is tested by the manufacturer before sale. To make a warranty claim, the product must be returned with a receipt or valid proof of purchase, along with a written description of the issue.

Please note that the warranty will be void if the blaster:

  • Shows signs of physical damage due to misuse or neglect (internal or external)

  • Has been upgraded, modified, opened, or tampered with

  • Has been used outside of manufacturer specifications

  • Has been used with incompatible ammunition (including but not limited to metal or plastic BBs)

Items returned as faulty but found to be in full working condition will incur a fee to cover return postage. Products confirmed to be faulty under warranty will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.

Due to the nature of gel blasters, normal use will cause wear to internal components over time. If your blaster is no longer covered by warranty but you would like it serviced or repaired, please contact us at sales@inov8sales.com.


RETURNS

All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law as outlined by the ACCC.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition in which it was received

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

If an item is returned due to a manufacturing fault, it may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at no extra cost, at the retailer’s discretion.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Items returned as faulty but found to be fully functional will incur a fee to cover return postage.

Any blaster showing physical damage due to misuse, modification, tampering, or use with improper ammunition will not be eligible for return.


REFUNDS (WHEN APPLICABLE)

Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected and you will be notified of the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note:

  • Online purchase refunds will incur a $20 administration fee

  • We reserve the right to repair an item instead of issuing a refund if repair is deemed appropriate
